1. Data Controller

The personal data you provide is collected and managed by the AI Workforce × UNISMA programme operator. For questions about your personal data, contact the official programme channel.

Email address
WhatsApp number
Consent records, including consent time and terms version
Limited technical security data, including device information and hashed IP address

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your data to send the official YouTube video link about the UNISMA startup, send startup updates, and contact you by WhatsApp/email.

We do not use your data for automated profiling that produces harmful legal or similar effects.

4. Lawful Basis

Processing is based on your valid, specific and withdrawable consent under Indonesian personal data protection law. You give consent by ticking the consent checkbox in the form.

The right to receive information and access your data
The right to correct inaccurate data
The right to request deletion where permitted by law
The right to withdraw consent at any time
The right to object to certain processing activities

6. Retention and Security

Data is stored in a separate secure database only for as long as needed for the programme purpose or as required by law. After that, data will be deleted or anonymised.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.

7. Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with trusted service providers required to run programme communications, under confidentiality obligations and a valid legal basis.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. After withdrawal, we will stop processing and delete the data unless the law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The applicable version is shown at the top and recorded when you give consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.
